Warehouse Keeper & Inventory

Our company, PT KMBI, is currently opening a job vacancy for the position of Warehouse Keeper & Inventory with the following:
General Qualifications:
- Education:
Minimum high school/vocational school graduate (preferably in mechanical/automotive engineering) or a diploma (D3) in logistics, engineering, or management. - Experience:
- At least 2-3 years in inventory, warehouse, or spare parts procurement.
- Experience in the heavy equipment industry is an advantage.
- Age: 25–35 years old (preferable Male*)
*Note: This role involves physical tasks such as lifting and moving heavy items, which require a high level of physical strength and stamina.
Technical Competencies:
- Inventory Management:
- Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
- Capable of managing stock, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods
- Spare Parts Knowledge:
- Understanding types and functions of spare parts for heavy equipment.
- Ability to read technical specifications of spare parts.
- Local Spare Parts Sourcing:
- Experienced in sourcing local vendors for alternative spare parts.
- Skilled in negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.
- Logistics and Storage:
- Proficient in effective warehouse layout planning.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
Non-Technical Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including with suppliers and internal teams.
- Problem-solving skills for issues related to stock or procurement.
- Attention to detail in checking spare part specifications and matching needs with availability.
- Punctual and responsible for inventory reports.
Additional Qualifications:Â
- English Proficiency: Ability to read manuals or technical documents in English is a plus.
- Personal Vehicle: Possess a vehicle for mobility if vendor visits are required.

Sales Engineer
Jakarta, Indonesia
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Tangerang. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for communicating with customers, driving sales, generating regular sales reports to monitor performance and achieve targets, and delivering excellent customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Sales Engineering and Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively sell and promote products.
- Communication and Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Sales Performance: Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with updating the CRM system on a daily and weekly basis.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry is a plus.
- Educational Background: A minimum of an Associate's degree (D3) in any field or a related field is required.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including effective presentation abilities.
- Sales Skills: Proficient in sales techniques and negotiation strategies.
